The Announceble family of stores operates as two loosely affiliated operations. The web services and the retail operation which operates under the business name Babyshere, Inc. Babyshere, Inc. BabysHere, AdorablePlanet and MovingAnnouncementStore were purchased together in early 2006. A forth store is being added, PaperAndFaith and a fifth store is planned for Q1 2008. Our strategy is to build a series of best of class tightly targets stores to achieve the good search engine ranking and to be focused relevant to the customer. We are coupling that with unified back-end operations so we can achieve the scale and efficiencies that allude most tightly niche sites. BabysHere and MovingAnnouncementStore, the first two stores to be redesigned and rolled out, have achieved very high natural search engine ranking and are seeing excellent traffic. Adorable Planet is on plan and PaperAndFaith is on schedule to launch in Q2 2008. It also includes the supporting site to babyshere.com: birthannouncementguide.com and lifeticker.com and the Facebook application Babyshere. All the stores operate on a unified system designed to allow new designs to be quickly added to the store and to simplify daily operations as much as possible. All the stores are run through a unified administration panel. Customer orders are output from the web site as finished files ready for production. No manufacturing is done in house. We have worked to find the best partners to work with for our printing and fulfillment. Our investment timeframe on BabysHere is 2-5 years. Web Services These sites are being build up from scratch by to service their own unique markets. These include LifeTicker.com, facebook applications including "I Would Rather Be..." and Journaling. Lawnmower.com, edgetrimmer.com and cordlesshoomme.com are in early stages of developement but are live. These business are early in their development and have several years to grow.
